We gathered from our customer’s description that one of the springs had broken, and confirmed it upon arrival. We had to secure the door to prevent it from crashing down during the repair. After that, we took down the existing springs and installed a new pair in their place. Once we completed the installation, we checked the rest of the system and lubricated metal components. Ms. Dotson’s garage door was back to its usual self again when we finished.
